Service Description

PhotoToA4 is an online tool that helps you place photos onto real paper sizes (A4 by default, with A-series options) and export print-ready files.

• Core fitting and preview run in your browser
• You can adjust layout and margins before export
• Accounts and Pro plans unlock additional product capabilities as described on the pricing page

PhotoToA4 is a convenience tool for preparing printable layouts. You are responsible for how you use exported files and for complying with applicable laws.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free operation at all times.

By using PhotoToA4, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@phototoa4.com promptly.

Billing and Refunds

Current pricing is listed at phototoa4.com/pricing (or your deployed site’s pricing page).

• Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe)
• Refunds may be considered for confirmed technical failures (for example payment succeeded but access was not granted due to a system error)
• Refunds are generally not provided solely because you changed your mind after a successful purchase or successful use of paid features
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank

Intellectual Property

The PhotoToA4 website, branding, software, and original materials are owned by PhotoToA4 and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the service to create and export layouts for your own lawful purposes. You do not acquire ownership of PhotoToA4’s software or brand.

User Content

You retain rights to photos and content you process with PhotoToA4. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use that content and that your use is lawful.

You agree not to upload or process content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use PhotoToA4 in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Abuse subscriptions, payments, or support channels
• Misrepresent affiliation with PhotoToA4

Breach and Consequences

If you violate these Terms, we may warn you, suspend access, permanently disable your account, or take other appropriate action. Appeals may be sent to support@phototoa4.com.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the service or other users. You may stop using PhotoToA4 at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoToA4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including print results that differ due to printer settings, paper, ink, or third-party software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
