For core photo-to-paper fitting, processing happens in your browser. We do not require you to upload those photos to our servers to complete fitting and export. We aim to verify identity and respond within 30 days. Account closure is typically completed within 30 days after verification, though some records (for example tax or billing records) may be retained longer when required by law.
